The monthly retainer will provide you with a number of hours of HR or Business Support. It will give you peace of mind knowing someone is always there to support you during those unexpected situations and to assist with peaks and troughs due to an increase in workload or staff absences.
For a fixed number of hours and FEE per month your support will include:

OnDemand administrative and business support
Review of any existing employment agreements/ policies
Access to all the policies and templates you need
