I have a diverse professional background, having previously worked for the Financial Conduct Authority (formerly known as FSA) and Bank of England, both of which are renowned corporations that prioritise investing in their workforce. As part of the HR department, I worked on advising and supporting over 2000 employees on various matters such as performance management, policies and procedures, and disciplinary actions.

My recent experience has focused on providing HR advice and support to smaller businesses facing unique challenges. It was during this time that I recognised thatthe need for practical and comprehensive HR solutions for companies of all sizes. This led me to establish PocketSmart, an HR Consultancy and Business Support service that offers personalised and cost-effective solutions to small to medium-sized businesses in the areas of human resources, project management, recruitment, and compliance.

At PocketSmart, we have a dedicated team of CIPD-qualified professionals, including subject matter experts with over 70 years of combined HR experience. Our approach is focused on providing value-added services that are both strategic and operational, backed by friendly and personalised support through face-to-face, email, and phone interactions with our clients.

I’m passionate about HR and invest a lot of my time in people professionally and personally. My mission is to relieve the stress and pressures of key stakeholders and clients, leaving them feeling confident and content the results are achieved as promised.
